Introduction

This course looks at the fundamentals of HR policy development from strategy alignment through to policy identification and implementation. You will look at HR policies as a strategic alignment tool, rather than as a policing mechanism. You will learn how to carry out an in-depth analysis of your organization’s HR policy and to benchmark it against best practices and the latest thinking. This practical course provides participants with an overview of the regulation and principles behind a good corporate governance framework. You will explore the relationship between management, finance, law, and ethics and learn to effectively administer corporate relations and to contribute to corporate performance at a senior level within your organization. The program includes many case studies from the GCC region and worldwide, exploring the best current practices and standards.

Objectives

    The aim of this program is to provide participants with:

Training Methodology

This is an interactive course. There will be open question and answer sessions, regular group exercises and activities, videos, case studies, and presentations on best practices. Participants will have the opportunity to share with the facilitator and other participants on what works well and not so well for them, as well as work on issues from their own organizations. The online course is conducted online using MS-Teams/ClickMeeting.
